The Predominantly Rural Musiri was blessed with an higher educational institution in the year 1969. It was made possible with the large—heartedness and generosity of the farmers. The Agriculturalists in and around Vadugapatti village (in local parlance the College is referred as Vadugapatti College) generously donated their land (40 acres ) which made the institution possible.
